At the same time, the phosphating treatment of cold drawn steel belongs to a reaction between chemistry and electrochemistry. It can increase the density of metal material on the basis of original and make the cold drawn steel effectively resist, resulting in the phenomenon of corrosion.

Besides, the cold drawn steel can also play a role of reducing wear and lubrication during the processing, and improve the adhesion of the production parts, so as to realize the practicability of the cold drawn steel. Cold drawn steel is a cold drawn steel product, but in this process, we must strictly abide by the corresponding safety operation rules, otherwise, it is likely to cause accidents.

Before cold drawing, the cold drawn steel should be provided with a baffle for protection. If the baffle is not prepared, the hoist and the cold draw direction should be kept 90 degrees, and the closed guide pulley should be used. At the time of operation, the staff must stand behind the shield to prevent the crumbs coming out of the cold pull.

In addition, we need to check the equipment comprehensively. If we find slipping or other unusual problems, we must stop the operation of the machine first and release the steel bar before we can allow professional personnel to go in to check and avoid accidents.
